Enterprise AI Enablement
AI Adoption & Enablement Lead
In this initiative, I designed and led an enterprise AI enablement program for more than 16,000 employees, combining strategy, learning design, communications, and employee experience to make AI practical and approachable. Through recurring learning sessions, self-service resources, and adoption campaigns, the program helped turn emerging technology into something employees could confidently use in their everyday work.

AI-Powered Event Experience Designer
In this project, I designed and launched an AI-powered event registration assistant that combined strategy, creativity, and practical problem-solving to improve the attendee experience. Confetti simplified registration support, strengthened communications, reduced manual work, and demonstrated how approachable AI could solve everyday business challenges in a meaningful way.

From concept through execution, I shaped the full Director Summit experience — agenda, branding, swag, executive flow, attendee journey, and on-site delivery. I also served as emcee while managing speakers, production, travel, vendors, and end-to-end logistics to create a cohesive and engaging leadership experience.

Reaching more than 16,000 employees, these global All Hands were designed to make business priorities clear, relevant, and engaging. I brought together agenda development, executive storytelling, event branding, production, communications, and audience engagement to create experiences that helped employees connect with the organization’s direction and strategy.

Partnering closely with senior executives, I helped shape the story they wanted to tell for a high-visibility external audience. My work included executive presentations, briefing materials, key messages, narrative development, and supporting content designed to help leaders communicate with clarity, confidence, and consistency.

To create a more meaningful way to celebrate employee achievement, I designed and launched an enterprise recognition program centered on innovation, impact, and contribution. The program included nomination criteria, review processes, executive recognition, awards, and storytelling that helped make great work more visible across the organization.
