For more than 20 years, I've partnered with executive leaders to turn complex vision into moments that move people — global summits, executive engagements, and enterprise programs designed to earn attention and inspire action. Sometimes that means building something entirely new. Other times, it means seeing the potential in what's already there and elevating it — sharpening the strategy, reimagining the experience, and creating the structure needed to take it further.

I use storytelling, branding, experience design, and human-centered thinking to translate ambitious ideas into experiences that feel intentional, relevant, and memorable — whether that's a leadership summit for hundreds, an enterprise event for tens of thousands, or a single high-stakes engagement with the people who matter most to an organization's future.

Recent work includes building an enterprise AI learning ecosystem, launching an AI-powered event technology platform, and leading executive preparation for investor and analyst engagements — translating emerging technology and complex business strategy into experiences and narratives people can understand, connect with, and champion.

I know how to build from the ground up, but I also know how to recognize what's working, uncover what's possible, and elevate it into something more impactful — helping organizations turn vision into action and create moments worth remembering.
